You retain ownership of survey files, project metadata, supporting documents, and other content you are authorized to submit. You grant TerraCode Analytics only the rights needed to store, secure, process, transmit, back up, and return that content through TerraPulse.
Project access is controlled through authenticated user, project, and organization memberships. You are responsible for choosing appropriate collaborators and protecting downloaded reports and image bundles after they leave TerraPulse.
TerraCode Analytics applies reasonable access and confidentiality controls. Confidentiality obligations in a signed agreement take priority where they provide stronger or more specific terms.
