GPR response depends on antenna frequency, acquisition geometry, coupling, material properties, moisture, clutter, processing choices, velocity assumptions, site conditions, and other factors. A radargram or AI observation does not by itself confirm a target’s identity, exact depth, condition, ownership, or safety significance.
TerraPulse outputs are technical decision-support materials. They must be reviewed alongside source data, acquisition records, survey limitations, calibration provenance, site knowledge, applicable standards, and appropriate field verification by a competent professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TerraCode Analytics does not warrant uninterrupted operation or that every result will be complete, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. TerraCode Analytics is not responsible for indirect loss or for excavation, drilling, construction, safety, commercial, or operational decisions made solely from TerraPulse output. Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
