TerraPulse Reverse Engineering and Intellectual Property Policy

This policy protects the software, workflows, interfaces, scientific implementation, documentation, branding, and other intellectual property made available through TerraPulse by TerraCode Analytics.

Prohibited reverse engineering

Except where a restriction is prohibited by applicable law or TerraCode Analytics has given prior written permission, you must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, translate, reconstruct, derive source code from, or otherwise attempt to discover the internal design, algorithms, prompts, model configuration, processing methods, security controls, data structures, or non-public interfaces of TerraPulse.

You must not use automated extraction, scraping, traffic interception, protocol analysis, credential sharing, vulnerability probing, or repeated output comparison to reproduce protected platform behavior or obtain non-public implementation details.

Intellectual property and permitted use

TerraCode Analytics and its licensors retain all rights in TerraPulse, including its software, visual design, documentation, processing workflows, trademarks, service names, and platform-generated templates. Access to TerraPulse grants only the limited right to use the service under the Terms of Use; it does not transfer ownership or grant a licence to copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, or create a competing or derivative platform.

You retain ownership of survey data and other content you are authorized to submit. This policy does not claim ownership of your uploaded data or independently created professional conclusions.

Security research and lawful exceptions

Do not test suspected vulnerabilities against production systems without prior written authorization. Report security concerns responsibly to contact@terracodeanalytics.com with enough information for investigation and without accessing another user’s data.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where applicable law expressly permits limited interoperability work despite contractual restrictions, that work must remain within the minimum lawful scope and must not compromise security, privacy, confidentiality, or third-party rights.

Enforcement

TerraCode Analytics may investigate suspected violations, preserve relevant security records, restrict or suspend access, and pursue available contractual or legal remedies. Material violations may also breach the Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy.
